This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for
LEVEL ACADEMY live online English courses and related educational services
available through level-learn.com.
LEVEL ACADEMY is the online English learning brand operated through
level-learn.com by Levels International Group LLC,
a company licensed by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates.

1. Our Payment and Enrollment Process
LEVEL ACADEMY provides live online English language courses delivered through
scheduled group sessions.
Students are not required to make payment when submitting the free trial request form on
level-learn.com.
Important: Payment is requested only after the student is matched with a suitable group,
offered or attends a free trial session, reviews the course schedule, and agrees to continue with the paid course.
After the student agrees to continue, LEVEL ACADEMY may send an official secure payment link
through WhatsApp, email, or another official communication channel.
A student’s place in a paid group is confirmed only after payment is completed.
2. Refund Request Period
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment,
subject to the conditions stated in this Refund Policy.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law
or approved by LEVEL ACADEMY at its discretion due to exceptional circumstances.
3. When Refunds May Be Approved
Refunds may be approved where:
- A duplicate payment was made.
- Payment was made by mistake.
- The student was charged an incorrect amount.
- The student paid for a course but was not added to the confirmed paid group due to an issue caused by LEVEL ACADEMY.
- The student was unable to access the paid course due to a technical issue caused by LEVEL ACADEMY that could not be reasonably resolved.
- The paid service materially differs from the course details confirmed before payment.
- LEVEL ACADEMY is unable to deliver the confirmed paid course or provide a reasonable alternative.
Each refund request is reviewed based on the course status, payment date, attendance record,
access provided, communications, and the reason for the refund request.
4. When Refunds May Not Be Available
Refunds may not be available where:
- The student attended or was offered a free trial session, accepted the schedule, completed payment, and then changed their mind after the paid course started.
- The student attended paid live sessions and received the educational service.
- The student missed scheduled live sessions without prior notice.
- The student’s reason relates to personal schedule changes after accepting the confirmed course schedule.
- The student did not check WhatsApp, email, or other official communication channels for course access details or updates.
- The student experienced internet, device, software, or access issues not caused by LEVEL ACADEMY.
- The student requested a refund after the 7-day refund request period.
- The student violated our Terms & Conditions, course rules, student conduct rules, or intellectual property restrictions.
Note: Missed sessions are generally not refundable. Session recordings may be provided
where available, subject to technical availability, student privacy requirements, and internal course rules.
5. Free Trial and Refund Eligibility
The free trial process is designed to help students understand the course format, schedule, teaching style,
and service quality before making a paid commitment.
If the student does not wish to continue after the free trial process, no payment is required.
Once the student has attended or been offered a free trial, accepted the schedule, and completed payment,
refund eligibility will be reviewed according to this Refund Policy.
6. Live Sessions and Recordings
LEVEL ACADEMY courses are delivered through live online group sessions.
They are not sold as pre-recorded courses.
If a student misses a live session, a session recording may be provided where available.
Recordings are intended to support learning and are not a replacement for the student’s responsibility
to attend the confirmed live sessions on time.
Refunds are generally not provided for missed sessions caused by the student’s personal circumstances,
internet issues, device problems, failure to attend, or failure to check communication channels.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at:
Your refund request should include:
- Student full name.
- WhatsApp number or email used during enrollment.
- Course name or group details, if available.
- Date of payment.
- Payment confirmation or receipt, if available.
- Reason for the refund request.
We may request additional information to verify the payment, enrollment, attendance, access history,
or reason for the refund request.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
7–14 business days.
The exact time for the refunded amount to appear in the student’s account may depend on the payment provider,
card issuer, bank, currency, and payment method used.
LEVEL ACADEMY is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, card networks,
or third-party payment processors after the refund has been initiated.
9. Refund Method
Refunds, when approved, are normally returned to the same original payment method
used to complete the payment.
LEVEL ACADEMY may not be able to issue refunds to a different card, bank account, wallet,
or person unless required by the payment provider or applicable law.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your payment or course access, please contact
support@level-learn.com first so we can review and resolve the issue where possible.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may require us
to provide enrollment records, payment records, attendance details, communication history, course access records,
and policy acceptance evidence to the payment provider.
11. Policy Abuse
LEVEL ACADEMY may decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, fraud,
repeated refund requests, unauthorized sharing of course content, false claims, or violation of our
Terms & Conditions.
This includes attempts to access course services, recordings, materials, or live sessions and then request
a refund without a valid reason under this Refund Policy.

By making payment, the student confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable course schedule,

LEVEL ACADEMY may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes
in our services, payment methods, course structure, business operations, or legal requirements.
