These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the
LEVEL ACADEMY website and services available through
level-learn.com.

LEVEL ACADEMY is the online English learning brand operated through
level-learn.com by Levels International Group LLC,
a company licensed by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates.

By using our website, submitting your details, requesting a free trial,
attending a trial session, or purchasing a paid course, you agree to these
Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

LEVEL ACADEMY provides live online English language courses
delivered through scheduled group sessions.

Our courses are educational services delivered live through
Zoom, Google Meet, or another official online meeting
platform communicated to students.

Our courses are not sold as pre-recorded courses. The primary service is
live online instruction.

Session recordings are provided for students who miss live sessions, subject to
technical availability, student privacy requirements, and
internal course rules. If a recording cannot be provided due to technical or privacy reasons,
LEVEL ACADEMY may provide a reasonable alternative where possible.

2. Free Trial Request and Enrollment Process

Students may request a free trial through the form available on
level-learn.com.

After submitting the free trial request form, our team may contact the student through
WhatsApp, email, phone, or another official
communication channel to understand the student’s needs, match the student with a suitable
live group, and arrange a trial session where available.

Payment is requested only after:

• The student has submitted a free trial request.
• The student is matched with a suitable group.
• The group schedule is confirmed.
• The student has attended or been offered a free trial session.
• The student accepts the course timing and format.
• The student has had the opportunity to assess the quality of the service and whether it matches the academy’s stated course details.
• The student agrees to continue with the paid course.

A student’s place in a paid group is only confirmed after payment is completed.

If the student does not wish to continue after the free trial process,
no payment is required.

3. Payments and Currency

LEVEL ACADEMY does not currently collect payments through a direct public checkout on the website.

Course payment is requested only after the
free trial and schedule confirmation process has been completed.

After the student agrees to continue with the paid course,
LEVEL ACADEMY may send an official secure payment link
through WhatsApp, email, or another official communication channel.

Students should only complete payment through official payment links or payment instructions
provided by LEVEL ACADEMY.

Prices may be displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) for Saudi customers. Depending on
the payment provider and payment method, the final payment currency may be SAR,
AED, or another currency clearly shown before payment is completed.

The student is responsible for reviewing the final amount,
currency, course details, and
payment information before completing payment.

Students are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate.

Prices, course fees, offers, and available payment methods may change from time to time.
Any price confirmed before payment applies only to that specific enrollment.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our
Refund Policy and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

By making payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted:

• The course schedule.
• The live group format.
• The Refund Policy.
• The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
• The Delivery & Course Access Policy.
• These Terms & Conditions.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment,
subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

5. Course Delivery and Access

After payment is completed through an official payment link or approved
payment method, students receive course access details by
email, WhatsApp, or another official communication channel.

Course access details may include:

• Confirmation of enrollment.
• The live session schedule.
• The Zoom or Google Meet access link.
• Support contact details.
• Any relevant course instructions.

Students are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring they have a
stable internet connection, working device, suitable software, and an
appropriate learning environment.

LEVEL ACADEMY is not responsible for missed sessions caused by the student’s
internet issues, device problems, personal schedule changes, failure to check messages, or
failure to attend at the confirmed time.

6. Student Conduct

Students must behave respectfully during live sessions.

LEVEL ACADEMY may restrict access, suspend participation, or remove a student
from a course if the student:

• Behaves abusively, disrespectfully, or disruptively.
• Shares course links, meeting access, or recordings without permission.
• Records, copies, distributes, publishes, or resells course content without authorization.
• Violates the privacy, safety, or rights of other students or instructors.
• Uses the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

7. No Guaranteed Results

LEVEL ACADEMY aims to provide structured English learning support and
high-quality instruction.

However, learning outcomes depend on several factors, including
student attendance, participation, practice,
consistency, starting level, learning ability, and personal effort.

Any testimonials, student examples, or success stories shown on the website are examples only
and do not guarantee that every student will achieve the same result.

8. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson structures, recordings, website content, text, designs, videos,
educational materials, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to
LEVEL ACADEMY.

Students may use course materials only for their own personal learning.

Students may not copy, share, sell, publish, record, distribute, upload, reproduce, modify,
or reuse course content without written permission from LEVEL ACADEMY.

Unauthorized sharing of course content, meeting links, recordings, or materials may result
in removal from the course without refund and may lead to further legal action where applicable.

9. Communication

LEVEL ACADEMY may contact students through
email, WhatsApp, phone, SMS,
or other communication channels provided during registration or free trial request submission.

Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking messages related
to free trial scheduling, course scheduling, access, support, payment, and updates.

10. Technical Issues

If a technical issue caused by LEVEL ACADEMY prevents access to a paid live
session, LEVEL ACADEMY may provide reasonable support, a replacement session,
a rescheduled session, or a session recording where possible.

If the technical issue is caused by the student’s internet connection, device, software,
account settings, or failure to join correctly, LEVEL ACADEMY may not be
responsible for providing a refund.

Students should contact support as soon as possible if they face access or technical issues.

11. Rescheduling

LEVEL ACADEMY may reschedule a live session due to instructor availability,
technical issues, public holidays, operational reasons, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a session is rescheduled, students will be notified in advance where reasonably possible,
and a replacement session or recording may be provided.

If a student’s personal schedule changes after accepting the confirmed course schedule and completing
payment, LEVEL ACADEMY may try to assist by moving the student to another suitable
group where available, but this is not guaranteed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEVEL ACADEMY,
Levels International Group LLC, its instructors, employees, contractors, and
representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses,
including loss of opportunity, loss of income, loss of data, business interruption, or personal
decisions made based on course participation.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a paid course is limited to the amount paid by
the student for that specific course.

13. Website Use

Students and visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with
website operation, introduce harmful code, copy website content without permission, or use the
website for unlawful purposes.

LEVEL ACADEMY may restrict website access where misuse, abuse, fraud, or
suspicious activity is detected.

14. Privacy

LEVEL ACADEMY collects and uses personal information according to our
Privacy Policy.

By using the website, submitting your details, requesting a free trial, attending a trial session,
or purchasing a course, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in
our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Services or Terms

LEVEL ACADEMY may update course details, schedules, instructors, prices, policies,
website content, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any material change affecting an already paid course will be communicated to affected students
where reasonably possible.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will be available on
level-learn.com.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the
United Arab Emirates, subject to the relevant jurisdiction of the licensed
business location.
