These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the
LEVEL ACADEMY website and services available through
level-learn.com.
LEVEL ACADEMY is the online English learning brand operated through
level-learn.com by Levels International Group LLC,
a company licensed by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates.

By using our website, submitting your details, requesting a free trial,
attending a trial session, or purchasing a paid course, you agree to these
Terms & Conditions.
Important notice about illustrative content: Some images, names, sample profiles, student examples, teacher-style characters, classroom scenarios, learning pathway visuals, and social media creatives published by LEVEL ACADEMY may be fictional, illustrative, composite, or generated using artificial intelligence. Unless we clearly state that a specific person, testimonial, achievement, or staff profile is real, such content should be understood as illustrative only and not as a representation of a real person or verified individual experience.
1. Our Services
LEVEL ACADEMY provides live online English language courses
delivered through scheduled group sessions.
Our courses are educational services delivered live through
Zoom, Google Meet, or another official online meeting
platform communicated to students.
Our courses are not sold as pre-recorded courses. The primary service is
live online instruction.
Session recordings are provided for students who miss live sessions, subject to
technical availability, student privacy requirements, and
internal course rules. If a recording cannot be provided due to technical or privacy reasons,
LEVEL ACADEMY may provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
2. Free Trial Request and Enrollment Process
Students may request a free trial through the form available on
level-learn.com.
After submitting the free trial request form, our team may contact the student through
WhatsApp, email, phone, or another official
communication channel to understand the student’s needs, match the student with a suitable
live group, and arrange a trial session where available.
Important: Payment is not requested at the time of submitting
the free trial request form.
Payment is requested only after:
- The student has submitted a free trial request.
- The student is matched with a suitable group.
- The group schedule is confirmed.
- The student has attended or been offered a free trial session.
- The student accepts the course timing and format.
- The student has had the opportunity to assess the quality of the service and whether it matches the academy’s stated course details.
- The student agrees to continue with the paid course.
A student’s place in a paid group is only confirmed after payment is completed.
If the student does not wish to continue after the free trial process,
no payment is required.
3. Payments and Currency
LEVEL ACADEMY does not currently collect payments through a direct public checkout on the website.
Course payment is requested only after the
free trial and schedule confirmation process has been completed.
After the student agrees to continue with the paid course,
LEVEL ACADEMY may send an official secure payment link
through WhatsApp, email, or another official communication channel.
Students should only complete payment through official payment links or payment instructions
provided by LEVEL ACADEMY.
Prices may be displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) for Saudi customers. Depending on
the payment provider and payment method, the final payment currency may be SAR,
AED, or another currency clearly shown before payment is completed.
The student is responsible for reviewing the final amount,
currency, course details, and
payment information before completing payment.
Students are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate.
Prices, course fees, offers, and available payment methods may change from time to time.
Any price confirmed before payment applies only to that specific enrollment.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our
Refund Policy and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
By making payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted:
- The course schedule.
- The live group format.
- The Refund Policy.
- The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
- The Delivery & Course Access Policy.
- These Terms & Conditions.
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment,
subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
5. Course Delivery and Access
After payment is completed through an official payment link or approved
payment method, students receive course access details by
email, WhatsApp, or another official communication channel.
Course access details may include:
- Confirmation of enrollment.
- The live session schedule.
- The Zoom or Google Meet access link.
- Support contact details.
- Any relevant course instructions.
Students are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring they have a
stable internet connection, working device, suitable software, and an
appropriate learning environment.
LEVEL ACADEMY is not responsible for missed sessions caused by the student’s
internet issues, device problems, personal schedule changes, failure to check messages, or
failure to attend at the confirmed time.
6. Student Conduct
Students must behave respectfully during live sessions.
LEVEL ACADEMY may restrict access, suspend participation, or remove a student
from a course if the student:
- Behaves abusively, disrespectfully, or disruptively.
- Shares course links, meeting access, or recordings without permission.
- Records, copies, distributes, publishes, or resells course content without authorization.
- Violates the privacy, safety, or rights of other students or instructors.
- Uses the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
7. No Guaranteed Results
LEVEL ACADEMY aims to provide structured English learning support and
high-quality instruction.
However, learning outcomes depend on several factors, including
student attendance, participation, practice,
consistency, starting level, learning ability, and personal effort.
LEVEL ACADEMY does not guarantee a specific result, score, level improvement,
job opportunity, academic outcome, immigration outcome, income increase, or personal transformation.
Any testimonials, student examples, or success stories shown on the website are examples only
and do not guarantee that every student will achieve the same result.
8. Illustrative, Fictional, and AI-Generated Content
LEVEL ACADEMY may publish educational, promotional, explanatory, or illustrative content on its website, Facebook page, Instagram page, advertisements, landing pages, videos, course explanations, or other official communication channels.
This content may include, without limitation:
- AI-generated images or AI-assisted visual designs.
- Fictional teacher-style or student-style characters.
- Composite personas, sample names, avatars, mock profiles, or example biographies.
- Illustrative classroom scenes, learning pathway visuals, course workflow examples, and sample student journeys.
- Creative materials used to explain how our educational levels, teaching method, follow-up process, or academy workflow operate.
Unless LEVEL ACADEMY clearly states in writing that a specific person, image, name, testimonial, student achievement, teacher profile, parent statement, review, endorsement, or result is real, such content should be treated as fictional, illustrative, AI-generated, or representative only.
Such content is not intended to:
- Represent, identify, impersonate, or imitate any real person, student, parent, teacher, employee, public figure, customer, or third party.
- Claim that a fictional character is an actual student, parent, teacher, employee, graduate, or customer of LEVEL ACADEMY.
- Create a false endorsement, testimonial, review, employment relationship, student result, academic result, or guarantee.
- Mislead users about the nature, quality, pricing, delivery, staffing, learning outcomes, or availability of our services.
Any resemblance between fictional or AI-generated content and any real person, living or deceased, is coincidental and unintentional.
Where a real testimonial, student achievement, instructor profile, parent review, or real person is used, LEVEL ACADEMY aims to use appropriate permission, context, and supporting records where required.
Important: Illustrative, fictional, or AI-generated content is provided to explain our educational approach, learning levels, teaching style, and service workflow. It should not be relied upon as proof that a specific person exists, works for us, studies with us, achieved a particular result, or gave a real testimonial unless this is clearly stated by LEVEL ACADEMY.
Users must not copy, republish, edit, or reuse our fictional or AI-generated characters, names, images, designs, or creative materials in a way that suggests they are real persons, real endorsements, real students, real employees, or verified results.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Course Content and Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson structures, recordings, website content, text, designs, videos,
educational materials, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to
LEVEL ACADEMY.
Students may use course materials only for their own personal learning.
Students may not copy, share, sell, publish, record, distribute, upload, reproduce, modify,
or reuse course content without written permission from LEVEL ACADEMY.
Unauthorized sharing of course content, meeting links, recordings, or materials may result
in removal from the course without refund and may lead to further legal action where applicable.
10. Communication
LEVEL ACADEMY may contact students through
email, WhatsApp, phone, SMS,
or other communication channels provided during registration or free trial request submission.
Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking messages related
to free trial scheduling, course scheduling, access, support, payment, and updates.

11. Technical Issues
If a technical issue caused by LEVEL ACADEMY prevents access to a paid live
session, LEVEL ACADEMY may provide reasonable support, a replacement session,
a rescheduled session, or a session recording where possible.
If the technical issue is caused by the student’s internet connection, device, software,
account settings, or failure to join correctly, LEVEL ACADEMY may not be
responsible for providing a refund.
Students should contact support as soon as possible if they face access or technical issues.
12. Rescheduling
LEVEL ACADEMY may reschedule a live session due to instructor availability,
technical issues, public holidays, operational reasons, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a session is rescheduled, students will be notified in advance where reasonably possible,
and a replacement session or recording may be provided.
If a student’s personal schedule changes after accepting the confirmed course schedule and completing
payment, LEVEL ACADEMY may try to assist by moving the student to another suitable
group where available, but this is not guaranteed.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEVEL ACADEMY,
Levels International Group LLC, its instructors, employees, contractors, and
representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses,
including loss of opportunity, loss of income, loss of data, business interruption, or personal
decisions made based on course participation.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a paid course is limited to the amount paid by
the student for that specific course.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misrepresentation, or any consumer rights, statutory protections, or legal obligations that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Website Use
Students and visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with
website operation, introduce harmful code, copy website content without permission, or use the
website for unlawful purposes.
LEVEL ACADEMY may restrict website access where misuse, abuse, fraud, or
suspicious activity is detected.
15. Privacy
LEVEL ACADEMY collects and uses personal information according to our
Privacy Policy.
By using the website, submitting your details, requesting a free trial, attending a trial session,
or purchasing a course, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in
our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to Services or Terms
LEVEL ACADEMY may update course details, schedules, instructors, prices, policies,
website content, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any material change affecting an already paid course will be communicated to affected students
where reasonably possible.
The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will be available on
level-learn.com.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the
United Arab Emirates, subject to the relevant jurisdiction of the licensed
business location.

1. خدماتنا
تقدم LEVEL ACADEMY دورات مباشرة أونلاين لتعليم اللغة الإنجليزية من خلال حصص جماعية مجدولة.
تُقدم الدورات كخدمات تعليمية مباشرة عبر Zoom أو Google Meet أو أي منصة اجتماعات رسمية أخرى يتم إبلاغ الطلاب بها.
دوراتنا ليست دورات مسجلة مسبقًا للبيع. الخدمة الأساسية هي التدريس المباشر أونلاين.
قد يتم توفير تسجيلات للحصص للطلاب الذين يتغيبون عن الحصص المباشرة، وذلك وفقًا لـ التوافر التقني ومتطلبات خصوصية الطلاب والقواعد الداخلية للدورة. إذا تعذر توفير التسجيل لأسباب تقنية أو متعلقة بالخصوصية، فقد تقدم LEVEL ACADEMY بديلًا مناسبًا حيثما أمكن.
2. طلب التجربة المجانية وعملية التسجيل
يمكن للطلاب طلب تجربة مجانية من خلال النموذج المتاح على level-learn.com.
بعد إرسال طلب التجربة المجانية، قد يتواصل فريقنا مع الطالب أو ولي الأمر عبر WhatsApp أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف أو أي قناة رسمية أخرى لفهم احتياجات الطالب، ومطابقته مع مجموعة مناسبة، وترتيب حصة تجريبية حيثما توفرت.
مهم: لا يتم طلب الدفع عند إرسال نموذج طلب التجربة المجانية.
يُطلب الدفع فقط بعد:
- إرسال الطالب أو ولي الأمر طلب التجربة المجانية.
- مطابقة الطالب مع مجموعة مناسبة.
- تأكيد جدول المجموعة.
- حضور الطالب للحصة التجريبية أو إتاحتها له.
- قبول الطالب أو ولي الأمر موعد الدورة وطريقة تقديمها.
- إتاحة الفرصة للطالب أو ولي الأمر لتقييم جودة الخدمة ومدى توافقها مع تفاصيل الدورة المعلنة.
- موافقة الطالب أو ولي الأمر على الاستمرار في الدورة المدفوعة.
لا يتم تأكيد مكان الطالب في مجموعة مدفوعة إلا بعد إتمام الدفع.
إذا لم يرغب الطالب أو ولي الأمر في الاستمرار بعد عملية التجربة المجانية، فلن يكون هناك أي التزام بالدفع.
3. المدفوعات والعملة
لا تقوم LEVEL ACADEMY حاليًا بتحصيل المدفوعات من خلال صفحة دفع عامة مباشرة على الموقع.
يتم طلب دفع رسوم الدورة فقط بعد اكتمال عملية التجربة المجانية وتأكيد الجدول.
بعد موافقة الطالب أو ولي الأمر على الاستمرار في الدورة المدفوعة، قد ترسل LEVEL ACADEMY رابط دفع رسمي وآمن عبر WhatsApp أو البريد الإلكتروني أو أي قناة تواصل رسمية أخرى.
يجب على الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور إتمام الدفع فقط من خلال روابط الدفع الرسمية أو تعليمات الدفع المقدمة من LEVEL ACADEMY.
قد تُعرض الأسعار بـ الريال السعودي (SAR) للعملاء في السعودية. وبحسب مزود الدفع وطريقة الدفع، قد تكون عملة الدفع النهائية SAR أو AED أو أي عملة أخرى تظهر بوضوح قبل إتمام الدفع.
يتحمل الطالب أو ولي الأمر مسؤولية مراجعة المبلغ النهائي والعملة وتفاصيل الدورة ومعلومات الدفع قبل إتمام الدفع.
يتحمل الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور مسؤولية التأكد من دقة بيانات الدفع.
قد تتغير الأسعار، رسوم الدورات، العروض، وطرق الدفع المتاحة من وقت لآخر. أي سعر يتم تأكيده قبل الدفع ينطبق فقط على ذلك التسجيل المحدد.
4. الاسترداد والإلغاء
تتم معالجة طلبات الاسترداد والإلغاء وفقًا لـ سياسة الاسترداد وسياسة الإلغاء وإعادة الجدولة.
بإتمام الدفع، فإنك تؤكد أنك راجعت وقبلت:
- جدول الدورة.
- نظام المجموعة المباشرة.
- سياسة الاسترداد.
- سياسة الإلغاء وإعادة الجدولة.
- سياسة التسليم والوصول إلى الدورة.
- هذه الشروط والأحكام.
يمكن تقديم طلبات الاسترداد خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الدفع، وفقًا للشروط المذكورة في سياسة الاسترداد.
تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل، بحسب مزود الدفع والبنك المُصدر.
5. تسليم الدورة والوصول إليها
بعد إتمام الدفع من خلال رابط دفع رسمي أو وسيلة دفع معتمدة، يتلقى الطلاب تفاصيل الوصول إلى الدورة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو WhatsApp أو أي قناة تواصل رسمية أخرى.
قد تشمل تفاصيل الوصول إلى الدورة:
- تأكيد التسجيل.
- جدول الحصص المباشرة.
- رابط الدخول إلى Zoom أو Google Meet.
- بيانات التواصل مع الدعم.
- أي تعليمات متعلقة بالدورة.
يتحمل الطلاب مسؤولية حضور الحصص في الوقت المحدد والتأكد من توفر اتصال إنترنت مستقر وجهاز مناسب وبرامج مناسبة وبيئة تعليمية ملائمة.
لا تتحمل LEVEL ACADEMY مسؤولية الحصص الفائتة الناتجة عن مشاكل الإنترنت لدى الطالب، أو مشاكل الجهاز، أو تغييرات الجدول الشخصي، أو عدم متابعة الرسائل، أو عدم الحضور في الموعد المؤكد.
6. سلوك الطالب
يجب على الطلاب التصرف باحترام أثناء الحصص المباشرة.
يجوز لـ LEVEL ACADEMY تقييد الوصول أو تعليق المشاركة أو إزالة الطالب من الدورة إذا قام الطالب بما يلي:
- التصرف بطريقة مسيئة أو غير محترمة أو تسبب تعطيل الحصة.
- مشاركة روابط الدورة أو بيانات الدخول أو التسجيلات دون إذن.
- تسجيل أو نسخ أو توزيع أو نشر أو إعادة بيع محتوى الدورة دون تصريح.
- انتهاك خصوصية أو سلامة أو حقوق الطلاب الآخرين أو المعلمين.
- استخدام الخدمة لأغراض غير قانونية أو ضارة أو مضللة.
7. عدم ضمان نتائج محددة
تهدف LEVEL ACADEMY إلى تقديم دعم تعليمي منظم في اللغة الإنجليزية وتعليم عالي الجودة.
ومع ذلك، تعتمد نتائج التعلم على عدة عوامل، منها حضور الطالب ومشاركته والممارسة والاستمرارية ومستواه عند البداية وقدرته التعليمية وجهده الشخصي.
لا تضمن LEVEL ACADEMY نتيجة محددة، أو درجة معينة، أو تحسنًا محددًا في المستوى، أو فرصة عمل، أو نتيجة أكاديمية، أو نتيجة هجرة، أو زيادة دخل، أو تحولًا شخصيًا معينًا.
أي شهادات، أمثلة طلاب، أو قصص نجاح تظهر على الموقع هي أمثلة فقط ولا تضمن أن كل طالب سيحقق نفس النتيجة.
8. المحتوى التوضيحي والخيالي والمصنوع بالذكاء الاصطناعي
يجوز لـ LEVEL ACADEMY نشر محتوى تعليمي أو ترويجي أو توضيحي على موقعها الإلكتروني، صفحة فيسبوك، صفحة إنستجرام، الإعلانات، صفحات الهبوط، الفيديوهات، شروحات الدورات، أو أي قنوات تواصل رسمية أخرى.
قد يشمل هذا المحتوى، دون حصر:
- صورًا مصنوعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو تصميمات بصرية مساعدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
- شخصيات خيالية تشبه المعلمين أو الطلاب بغرض الشرح.
- شخصيات مركبة، أسماء نموذجية، صور رمزية، ملفات تعريف تجريبية، أو سير ذاتية مثالّية.
- مشاهد فصول توضيحية، رسومات للمسار التعليمي، أمثلة لسير الدورة، ورحلات تعليمية نموذجية للطلاب.
- مواد إبداعية تستخدم لشرح المستويات التعليمية، طريقة التدريس، نظام المتابعة، أو سير العمل داخل الأكاديمية.
ما لم تذكر LEVEL ACADEMY بوضوح وكتابةً أن شخصًا معينًا، صورة، اسمًا، شهادة، إنجاز طالب، ملف معلم، رأي ولي أمر، مراجعة، توصية، أو نتيجة معينة هي حقيقية، فيجب التعامل مع هذا المحتوى على أنه خيالي أو توضيحي أو مصنوع بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو تمثيلي فقط.
هذا المحتوى لا يهدف إلى:
- تمثيل أو تحديد أو انتحال أو تقليد أي شخص حقيقي، طالب، ولي أمر، معلم، موظف، شخصية عامة، عميل، أو طرف ثالث.
- الإيحاء بأن شخصية خيالية هي طالب فعلي أو ولي أمر أو معلم أو موظف أو خريج أو عميل حقيقي لدى LEVEL ACADEMY.
- إنشاء توصية كاذبة، شهادة مزيفة، مراجعة غير حقيقية، علاقة عمل غير موجودة، نتيجة طالب غير موثقة، نتيجة أكاديمية غير حقيقية، أو ضمان غير صحيح.
- تضليل المستخدمين بشأن طبيعة الخدمات أو جودتها أو أسعارها أو طريقة تقديمها أو فريق العمل أو نتائج التعلم أو مدى توفر الخدمة.
أي تشابه بين المحتوى الخيالي أو المصنوع بالذكاء الاصطناعي وبين أي شخص حقيقي، حيًا كان أو متوفى، هو تشابه غير مقصود ومجرد مصادفة.
عند استخدام شهادة حقيقية، أو إنجاز طالب حقيقي، أو ملف معلم حقيقي، أو رأي ولي أمر حقيقي، أو صورة شخص حقيقي، تسعى LEVEL ACADEMY إلى استخدام الإذن المناسب والسياق الصحيح والسجلات الداعمة حيثما كان ذلك مطلوبًا.
مهم: المحتوى التوضيحي أو الخيالي أو المصنوع بالذكاء الاصطناعي يُقدم لشرح منهجنا التعليمي، مستويات التعلم، أسلوب التدريس، وسير الخدمة. ولا ينبغي الاعتماد عليه كدليل على أن شخصًا معينًا موجود بالفعل، أو يعمل لدينا، أو يدرس معنا، أو حقق نتيجة معينة، أو قدم شهادة حقيقية، ما لم يتم توضيح ذلك صراحةً بواسطة LEVEL ACADEMY.
لا يجوز للمستخدمين نسخ أو إعادة نشر أو تعديل أو إعادة استخدام الشخصيات الخيالية أو المصنوعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو الأسماء أو الصور أو التصميمات أو المواد الإبداعية الخاصة بنا بطريقة توحي بأنها أشخاص حقيقيون أو توصيات حقيقية أو طلاب حقيقيون أو موظفون حقيقيون أو نتائج موثقة.
لا يوجد في هذا القسم ما يحد من أي حقوق للمستهلك أو أي حماية قانونية لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون المعمول به.
9. محتوى الدورة والملكية الفكرية
جميع مواد الدورة، هياكل الدروس، التسجيلات، محتوى الموقع، النصوص، التصميمات، الفيديوهات، المواد التعليمية، ومواد العلامة التجارية مملوكة أو مرخصة لـ LEVEL ACADEMY.
يجوز للطلاب استخدام مواد الدورة فقط لأغراض التعلم الشخصي.
لا يجوز للطلاب نسخ أو مشاركة أو بيع أو نشر أو تسجيل أو توزيع أو رفع أو إعادة إنتاج أو تعديل أو إعادة استخدام محتوى الدورة دون إذن كتابي من LEVEL ACADEMY.
قد يؤدي النشر غير المصرح به لمحتوى الدورة أو روابط الاجتماعات أو التسجيلات أو المواد إلى إزالة الطالب من الدورة دون استرداد، وقد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية إضافية حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
10. التواصل
قد تتواصل LEVEL ACADEMY مع الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو WhatsApp أو الهاتف أو SMS أو أي قنوات تواصل أخرى تم تقديمها أثناء التسجيل أو طلب التجربة المجانية.
يتحمل الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور مسؤولية تقديم بيانات تواصل صحيحة ومتابعة الرسائل المتعلقة بجدولة التجربة المجانية، وجدولة الدورة، والوصول، والدعم، والدفع، والتحديثات.

11. المشاكل التقنية
إذا تسببت مشكلة تقنية من جانب LEVEL ACADEMY في منع الوصول إلى حصة مباشرة مدفوعة، فقد تقدم LEVEL ACADEMY دعمًا مناسبًا أو حصة بديلة أو إعادة جدولة أو تسجيلًا للحصة حيثما أمكن.
إذا كانت المشكلة التقنية ناتجة عن اتصال الإنترنت لدى الطالب، أو جهازه، أو برامجه، أو إعدادات حسابه، أو فشله في الانضمام بشكل صحيح، فقد لا تكون LEVEL ACADEMY مسؤولة عن تقديم استرداد.
يجب على الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور التواصل مع الدعم في أقرب وقت ممكن عند مواجهة أي مشكلة في الوصول أو أي مشكلة تقنية.
12. إعادة الجدولة
يجوز لـ LEVEL ACADEMY إعادة جدولة حصة مباشرة بسبب توفر المعلم، أو مشاكل تقنية، أو إجازات رسمية، أو أسباب تشغيلية، أو ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة.
إذا تمت إعادة جدولة حصة، سيتم إخطار الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور مسبقًا حيثما كان ذلك ممكنًا بشكل معقول، وقد يتم توفير حصة بديلة أو تسجيل.
إذا تغير جدول الطالب الشخصي بعد قبول جدول الدورة المؤكد وإتمام الدفع، فقد تحاول LEVEL ACADEMY المساعدة بنقل الطالب إلى مجموعة مناسبة أخرى إذا توفرت، لكن ذلك غير مضمون.
13. تحديد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا تتحمل LEVEL ACADEMY أو Levels International Group LLC أو معلموها أو موظفوها أو متعاقدوها أو ممثلوها المسؤولية عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، بما في ذلك فقدان الفرص، أو فقدان الدخل، أو فقدان البيانات، أو تعطل الأعمال، أو القرارات الشخصية التي يتم اتخاذها بناءً على المشاركة في الدورة.
يقتصر الحد الأقصى لمسؤوليتنا عن أي مطالبة متعلقة بدورة مدفوعة على المبلغ الذي دفعه الطالب مقابل تلك الدورة المحددة.
لا يوجد في هذه الشروط والأحكام ما يستبعد أو يحد من المسؤولية عن الاحتيال أو التضليل المتعمد أو أي حقوق للمستهلك أو حمايات قانونية أو التزامات لا يجوز استبعادها أو تقييدها بموجب القانون المعمول به.
14. استخدام الموقع
يجب على الطلاب والزوار عدم إساءة استخدام الموقع، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، أو التدخل في تشغيل الموقع، أو إدخال أكواد ضارة، أو نسخ محتوى الموقع دون إذن، أو استخدام الموقع لأغراض غير قانونية.
يجوز لـ LEVEL ACADEMY تقييد الوصول إلى الموقع عند اكتشاف إساءة استخدام أو إساءة تصرف أو احتيال أو نشاط مشبوه.
15. الخصوصية
تجمع LEVEL ACADEMY وتستخدم المعلومات الشخصية وفقًا لـ سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
باستخدامك للموقع، أو إرسال بياناتك، أو طلب تجربة مجانية، أو حضور حصة تجريبية، أو شراء دورة، فإنك توافق على جمع واستخدام معلوماتك كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
16. تغييرات الخدمات أو الشروط
يجوز لـ LEVEL ACADEMY تحديث تفاصيل الدورات، الجداول، المعلمين، الأسعار، السياسات، محتوى الموقع، أو هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر.
أي تغيير جوهري يؤثر على دورة مدفوعة بالفعل سيتم إبلاغ الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور المتأثرين به حيثما كان ذلك ممكنًا بشكل معقول.

17. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقوانين المعمول بها في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وذلك وفقًا للاختصاص القضائي ذي الصلة بموقع ترخيص النشاط التجاري.
