LEVEL ACADEMY delivers its live online English courses, how students receive
course access, and what students should expect after submitting a free trial request or completing payment.

LEVEL ACADEMY is the online English learning brand operated through

1. Type of Service Delivered

LEVEL ACADEMY provides live online English language courses
delivered through scheduled group sessions.

Our courses are educational services delivered live through online meeting platforms such as
Zoom, Google Meet, or another official platform communicated
to students.

Our courses are not sold as physical products and are
not sold as pre-recorded self-study courses. The primary service is
live online instruction provided according to a confirmed group schedule.

Important: No physical delivery or shipping is involved. Course delivery takes place online
through scheduled live sessions and official digital communication channels.

2. Free Trial Request Process

Students may submit a free trial request through the form available on
level-learn.com.

Submitting the free trial request form does not require payment and does not automatically confirm
enrollment in a paid course.

After the free trial request is submitted, our team may contact the student through
WhatsApp, email, phone, or another official
communication channel to:

  • Understand the student’s English level and learning goals.
  • Check schedule preferences and availability.
  • Match the student with a suitable live group where available.
  • Arrange a free trial session where available.
  • Explain the course format, schedule, and next steps.

3. When Payment Is Requested

Payment is not requested at the time of submitting the free trial request form.

Payment is requested only after the student has been matched with a suitable group, offered or attended
a free trial session, reviewed the course schedule, and agreed to continue with the paid course.

After the student agrees to continue, LEVEL ACADEMY may send an
official secure payment link through WhatsApp, email, or another official
communication channel.

A student’s place in a paid group is confirmed only after payment is completed through an official
payment method or payment link provided by LEVEL ACADEMY.

4. Course Access After Payment

After payment is completed and confirmed, the student will receive course access details through
WhatsApp, email, or another official communication channel.

Course access details may include:

  • Confirmation of paid enrollment.
  • The confirmed live group schedule.
  • The Zoom, Google Meet, or approved online meeting link.
  • Instructor or group information, where applicable.
  • Course instructions and attendance guidelines.
  • Support contact details.

Access details are normally provided after payment confirmation and before the first paid live session,
unless another timing is communicated to the student.

Student responsibility: Students must ensure that the WhatsApp number, email address,
and contact details provided during the free trial or enrollment process are accurate and accessible.

5. Delivery Method

Course delivery takes place online through scheduled live sessions.

Depending on the course and group arrangement, sessions may be delivered through:

  • Zoom
  • Google Meet
  • Another official online meeting platform communicated by LEVEL ACADEMY

Students are responsible for joining sessions on time using the official access details provided by
LEVEL ACADEMY.

6. Course Schedule

Before payment is requested, the student is matched with a suitable group and the proposed schedule
is communicated for review and confirmation.

By completing payment, the student confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the course schedule,
live group format, session timing, and delivery method.

LEVEL ACADEMY may provide schedule updates, reminders, access links, or session information through
WhatsApp, email, phone, SMS, or another official communication channel.

Students are responsible for checking their messages regularly and attending the confirmed sessions on time.

7. Session Recordings

LEVEL ACADEMY may provide session recordings for students who miss live sessions, subject to
technical availability, student privacy requirements, and internal course rules.

If a recording cannot be provided due to technical, privacy, or operational reasons,
LEVEL ACADEMY may provide a reasonable alternative where possible.

Recordings, where provided, are intended only for the enrolled student’s personal learning support.

Students must not copy, download, record, publish, distribute, sell, share, or misuse session recordings,
course links, or course content without written permission from LEVEL ACADEMY.

Note: Session recordings support students who miss live sessions, but students are still
responsible for attending the confirmed live sessions whenever possible.

8. Student Technical Requirements

To access and attend live online sessions, students should have:

  • A stable internet connection.
  • A suitable device such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
  • Working audio and microphone access where required.
  • A suitable learning environment.
  • Access to Zoom, Google Meet, or the platform communicated by LEVEL ACADEMY.
  • Access to the WhatsApp number or email used during enrollment.

LEVEL ACADEMY is not responsible for missed sessions caused by the student’s internet problems,
device issues, software issues, failure to install or access meeting tools, incorrect contact details,
or failure to check official communications.

9. Access Problems

If a student experiences difficulty accessing a paid live session, the student should contact
LEVEL ACADEMY as soon as possible through the official support email or communication channel.

If the access issue is caused by LEVEL ACADEMY and prevents the student from attending a paid live session,
LEVEL ACADEMY may provide reasonable support, a replacement session, a rescheduled session, a recording,
or another reasonable alternative where possible.

If the access issue is caused by the student’s internet connection, device, software, account settings,
incorrect contact details, late attendance, or failure to follow access instructions, LEVEL ACADEMY may not
be responsible for providing a refund or replacement session.

10. No Physical Shipping

LEVEL ACADEMY provides online educational services. We do not ship physical products as part of the standard
live online course service unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Course access, schedules, meeting links, support, and related instructions are delivered digitally through
official communication channels.

11. Course Materials

Where applicable, LEVEL ACADEMY may provide digital course materials, instructions, links, worksheets,
recordings, or other learning resources to support the live online course.

Course materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal learning only.

Students may not copy, share, publish, resell, distribute, upload, modify, or reuse course materials
without written permission from LEVEL ACADEMY.

12. Communication Channels

LEVEL ACADEMY may communicate with students through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Phone
  • SMS
  • Official online meeting platforms
  • Other official communication channels used by LEVEL ACADEMY

These channels may be used for free trial scheduling, course matching, enrollment confirmation,
payment instructions, access details, reminders, rescheduling notices, student support, and service updates.

Students are responsible for providing correct contact information and monitoring official communications
to avoid missing important course updates.

13. Delays or Changes in Access

LEVEL ACADEMY may delay, update, or change access details due to instructor availability, group setup,
operational requirements, technical issues, public holidays, emergency circumstances, or other reasonable causes.

Where access details or schedules change, LEVEL ACADEMY will notify affected students through an official
communication channel where reasonably possible.

If LEVEL ACADEMY is unable to deliver the confirmed paid course or provide a reasonable alternative,
the student may be eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy.

14. Relation to Other Policies

to reflect changes in our services, course structure, delivery methods, access process, business operations,
or legal requirements.
